SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
Program summary. P&C Johnson Trucking sends operational SMS text messages to its employees and drivers about their own payroll and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of employment. 1. Program description & message types
Our text-messaging program is used only for internal business operations. We send messages to our employees and drivers who have provided their mobile number to the company, for purposes such as payroll notifications (for example, when pay has been processed or hours are ready to review), scheduling and dispatch updates, and account or verification messages related to our payroll portal. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
2. Consent
Mobile phone numbers are provided to P&C Johnson Trucking directly by our employees and drivers as part of their working relationship with the company, or by opting in through our staff portal. By providing your mobile number or opting in, you consent to receive the operational text messages described above. Consent to receive these text messages is optional and is not a condition of employment, and you may opt out at any time without affecting your job.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on payroll and scheduling activity (for example, around pay periods or when your schedule changes). You will only receive messages related to your work with the company.
4. Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may include major U.S. carriers; availability can vary.
5. Opting out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, contact us or reply START.

7. Mobile information & third parties
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message content with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to operate our messaging program. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver messages (such as our SMS/telecommunications provider) and only as needed to send the messages described above, or where required by law. No mobile opt-in information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
